Jared has created a unified, vertically integrated multifamily platform as both a partner in Buckhaven Construction and Tellus Partners. In a combination of completed projects and projects underway, Buckhaven has over 74K apartment renovations and 4K ground up units on its resume.  He has built out a family of supply chain companies to feed his own development pipeline and those of other developers and general contractors, including those strategic partners working with 3VP.
