Josh founded the regional multifamily brokerage firm Multi Housing Advisors in 2002 which was ultimately acquired by Cushman & Wakefield (C&W). He then grew the C&W Sunbelt multifamily group to be one of the top investment brokerage teams in the nation. Subsequently, Josh launched Modus Capital, a boutique multifamily brokerage firm and debt platform specializing in HUD loans. In his 20+ year career, Josh has brokered or overseen more than $30B in multifamily investments.

Tyler has built a vast network of clients and professional relationships throughout his multifamily brokerage career. He was integral to the growth and success of Multi Housing Advisors and led the Cushman & Wakefield Sunbelt multifamily group to a top market share position. Tyler’s brokerage track record includes more than 150,000 units sold valued at over $10B. He has personally invested in over 85 deals across five commercial sectors and raised more than $50M for past equity partners.
Jared Levitt

Jared has built a fully unified, vertically integrated multifamily platform through his leadership at Buckhaven Construction. Over the past 19 years, he has participated in the development and construction of 6,000+ ground-up apartment units and renovated 76,000+ units across the Southeast. He has also personally invested in over 160 real estate projects. Jared plays an active role in construction management services for multifamily developers across the Southeast. He has established a family of supply chain companies that not only serve his own developments but also provide value to other developers and general contractors throughout the region.
