Josh founded the regional multifamily brokerage firm Multi Housing Advisors in 2002 which was ultimately acquired by Cushman & Wakefield (C&W). He then grew the C&W Sunbelt multifamily group to be one of the top investment brokerage teams in the nation. Josh was recognized as the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS Top 10 Investment Sales Brokers in GA from 2012 through 2020, with several of those years holding the #1 position. In his 20+ year career, Josh has brokered or overseen more than $30B in multifamily investments.

Tyler has built a vast network of clients and professional relationships throughout his multifamily brokerage career. He was integral to the growth and success of Multi Housing Advisors and led the Cushman & Wakefield Sunbelt multifamily group to a top market share position. Tyler’s brokerage track record includes more than 150K units sold valued at over $10B. He has personally invested in over 90 deals across five commercial sectors with an average multiple of 1.9x on exited positions to date.

Throughout her time at Multi Housing Advisors and Cushman & Wakefield (C&W), she valued thousands of properties totaling over $5B in asset value. Additionally, she streamlined the transaction management process for C&W's Sunbelt multifamily group. She has since expanded her focus into corporate operations, leveraging her analytical, problem solving, and communication skills to enhance 3VP's organizational efficiency and performance.
